This is my first post on my new recipe blog. Will be sharing some easy recipes that I cook up daily with my domestic help Sujata. Hope you will find them interesting to try.
Doorbell - Ting Tong

Sujata- Chalo mein, uska bhaaji batati hoon.

Ingredients
4-5 leftover chappati
Curry leaves
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
2 cut green chillies
One onion
One tomato
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ground peanut powder

Corriander to garnish

Method
1. Break the chappati into tiny pieces
2. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to hot oil.
3. Add chopped onions to the oil and saute till pinkish.
4. Add the masalas, peanut powder and stir for one minute.
5. Now add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft.
6. Add the chappatis and stir.
7. Now add a cup of water and salt to taste.
8. Cover and cook for five minutes.
9. Garnish with corriander and serve with hot tea.
